Right to cancel

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

How to exercise it: notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, by e-mail to [your email] or by post to [your address]. You can use the standard form below.

Return: the product must be returned complete, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days after notification. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund: we will refund you within 14 days after receipt of your notification, using the same payment method. We may defer the refund until we have received the product or proof of its shipment.

Exceptions: personalized products and unsealed items that cannot be re-shipped for hygiene reasons are not covered.
